Fluffy Mane is a meeting orchestration tool designed to help users coordinate and schedule meetings more efficiently. We act as your personal assistant to manage calendar availability and meeting logistics.

2. Information We Access

Fluffy Mane integrates with various services to provide meeting orchestration. Depending on which services you connect, we may access:

Calendar Services

• Google Calendar: Event data (titles, times, participants, descriptions, availability status)
• Apple Calendar (iCloud): Event data (titles, times, participants, descriptions, availability status)

Messaging Services

• Telegram: Message content you send to your Fluffy Mane assistant, your Telegram username
• WhatsApp (future): Message content you send to your Fluffy Mane assistant, your WhatsApp phone number

We use this information solely to:

• Identify available time slots in your calendar
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel meetings on your behalf
• Prevent scheduling conflicts
• Coordinate meetings with other participants
• Communicate with you about scheduling requests and updates
• Process your natural language instructions for meeting coordination

We do not access:

• Gmail, Apple Mail, or other email content
• Google Drive, iCloud Drive, or other file storage
• Contacts (unless you explicitly enable this in future)
• Telegram or WhatsApp messages not directed to your Fluffy Mane assistant
• Any data unrelated to calendar scheduling and meeting coordination

3. How We Use Third-Party Service Data

Fluffy Mane uses data from connected services exclusively to provide meeting scheduling and orchestration functionality.

We do not:

• Sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties
• Use your data for advertising purposes
• Use your data to build user profiles for purposes unrelated to scheduling
• Share your data with third parties except as required to provide the core scheduling service
• Transfer your data to others unless necessary to provide or improve the service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition (with user notice)
• Use messaging data for any purpose other than processing your scheduling instructions

4. Data Storage & Retention

We follow a data minimization approach and store only the minimum information necessary to operate the service.

Calendar data is:

• Processed in real-time to determine availability and coordinate meetings
• Cached temporarily to improve performance (typically less than 24 hours)
• Not permanently stored except for scheduling records necessary to maintain meeting history

Messaging data is:

• Processed to understand your scheduling instructions
• Stored only as long as necessary to complete the scheduling task
• Not used for training AI models or any other purpose beyond your specific request

Account data: We store your email address, account creation date, and service preferences for as long as your account is active.

Deletion: Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting hello@fluffymane.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Period.

We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use secure third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting, database services) to operate the service. These providers process data only on our instructions and under strict confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government regulation.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred. We will notify users and ensure the new entity honors this privacy policy.
